Le Trotthus
"Pressoir gourmand" by Philippe Aubron, French chef who made a career in Japan. He was the first foreign chef to be allowed to open a restaurant in Kyoto's famous Gion neighborhood. Its restaurant serves local cuisine and is inspired by its experience. In the basement, a sushi master prepares delicious Japanese dishes (tapas).
